Warranty

Standard 2-year warranty on the aluminum frame for manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Repairs or replacements are handled by Megaprintery at our discretion.

Fabric Care

Tension backdrops are machine-washable and designed to resist fading. For best results, hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle, and air dry. Fold and store in a cool, dry place to preserve print quality.
