Talk to a booth expertHow do I know a stand will fit my booth?
Every stand is listed under the floor size it is built for, and 227 of the 248 in the range publish their exact width, depth and height in feet. Most inline stands are built to the 8 ft back-wall height most US shows allow; a few lightboxes and backwalls run to 8.2 ft, and the towers and arches are taller again, so check the height on the product page against your exhibitor manual. Send us the manual and we will confirm the fit before you order, at no cost.
How long does it take to arrive?
Production runs 48 hours from the moment you approve the proof. Ground freight across the lower 48 adds two to five business days. Put your show date on any product page and the page works backwards and tells you the last day you can order for it.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing extra to the lower 48 states. The freight is already inside the price you see on the product page. Anywhere outside the lower 48 is quoted before you are asked to pay. Show services such as drayage and electrical are billed by the show itself and apply to every exhibitor in the hall, whoever built their stand.
Can I change the graphics later?
Yes, and it is the reason to own rather than rent. The silicone-edge fabric pulls out of the extrusion by hand. Order a replacement graphic against the same stand and keep the frame, the lighting and the case. Your approved artwork and the template it was cut to stay on your account, so the reprint is ordered against the original drawing rather than measured again.
I do not have a designer. Can you help?
Send your logo and a few lines of copy and we will lay it out on the stand you are looking at and send a free 3D mock-up back within 24 hours. There is no obligation to order, and we check bleed, scale and safe area before anything goes near a press.
What is actually in the case?
138 stands in the range publish the full part list taken off the factory build sheet, so you can read every component in the crate before you buy rather than after it lands. Frame, graphic, lighting and tools travel together in one wheeled case.
Can my company pay by purchase order?
Approved companies can pay on Net 30 terms against a purchase order. You can also pay online at checkout, or by wire or ACH bank transfer on request. Email the PO to sales@megaprintery.com and we will open the account.
