Warranty:

Comes with a standard 2-year warranty on aluminum frames for manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Final replacement decisions are at the discretion of Backdropsource.

Fabric Care:

Backdropsource banners are wrinkle-resistant and machine-washable. Fade-free over multiple washes, easy to fold and transport, and resistant to wrinkling through frequent use.

• If using Photoshop: Flattened files only
• Resolution: 150 dpi at 100% final print size
• Max upload file size: 50 MB
• For larger files, use: WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc., and send the URL to us
