Artwork Requirements

Artwork requirements

Every stand publishes its own panel dimensions on its product page, under Artwork dimensions. Build your artwork to those measurements — there is no separate template to download, because the sizes differ for every stand and every build.

File requirements

  1. Formats. PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG and SVG are all accepted. PDF and AI are strongly preferred — both hold vector type and cutting marks, so nothing is re-interpreted on press.
  2. Size. Artwork must be supplied at the exact finished size shown for the panel you are printing. Scaled or approximate files are the most common cause of a delayed order.
  3. Bleed and safe area. Silicone-edge graphics tension into the channel, so allow the bleed stated on the stand's page and keep type and logos inside the safe area. Anything closer to the edge risks being pulled into the frame.
  4. Colour. Supply CMYK. Files sent in RGB are converted on receipt, and the converted result is what prints.
  5. Resolution. 150 dpi at final size is sufficient for dye sublimation at viewing distance. Higher is accepted; lower is not.
  6. File size. Up to 200 MB per file. If your artwork is larger than that, contact us and we will arrange a transfer.

Custom sizes

For a custom-size stand, upload your artwork with the order and our studio will lay it out to the finished panel size and send a proof before anything is printed.

Proofing

Nothing goes to press until you have approved a proof. Production time is counted from artwork approval, not from when the order is placed.

If anything is unclear

Send the file over and we will check it against the panel sizes before you commit. It is faster to have us look at it than to have a run stopped.
