Custom Trade Show Booths and Exhibits

Most people searching for a custom trade show booth are asking one of two questions. Either "can someone build the stand I have in my head", or "can I get something that does not look like everyone else's kit". The answer to both is yes, and the route to each is different.

What "custom" means here

We are a manufacturer, not a reseller. Every stand is made to order in our own production — nothing is held in stock, which is why nothing goes on sale and why a custom size costs no more per square foot than a standard one.

Custom runs across three levels, and most customers need only the first or second.

Custom graphics on a standard structure

The structure is a proven configuration; the artwork is entirely yours, printed by dye sublimation onto flame-retardant fabric. This is what most people actually mean by a custom trade show display, and it is the fastest and cheapest route. A 48-hour lead time, a 3D mock-up back within 24 hours, and a stand nobody else has because nobody else has your artwork.

Custom dimensions

Frames are built to measurement rather than cut down from a standard sheet. If your space is 12ft rather than 10ft, or the hall caps you at 7ft 6in rather than 8ft, we make the frame to that. Graphics are printed to the finished size, with the silicone bead stitched to the right gauge for the channel.

This also covers custom step and repeat backdrops, custom tension fabric displays, custom banner stands and custom arches — any of the families on this site, made to a measurement you give us.

Custom configuration

Modular exhibition stands assembled into a layout designed for your space and your way of working. L-shaped returns, island structures, lit walls combined with unlit ones, counters and towers placed where your team actually needs them. The parts are standard; the arrangement is yours.

Custom exhibit booths without custom exhibit prices

Traditional custom trade show exhibits are fabricated once, crated, warehoused and installed by a crew. They are genuinely bespoke and they carry three recurring costs that never go away: storage every month of the year, installation and dismantle at show rates, and drayage billed on the weight of crated timber.

A custom-configured modular stand gives you a bespoke appearance with none of those. It packs into wheeled cases, it assembles by hand without tools, and the parts regroup into a different footprint next season. For companies doing four to ten shows a year, that difference usually exceeds the gap in purchase price within the first year.

There is a fuller comparison in modular versus custom trade show exhibits, including the cases where a genuinely fabricated build is the right answer.

How a custom order runs

  1. Tell us the space. Footprint, how many edges open to an aisle, the hall's height limit, and whether rigging is permitted. The exhibitor manual has all four.
  2. We propose a configuration with exact part dimensions, piece counts and packed weights, so you can price drayage and shipping on real figures.
  3. Send artwork. A person checks it — resolution, bleed, how the layout falls across the frame, whether dark areas will survive backlighting.
  4. 3D mock-up within 24 hours. You see the finished stand before anything is printed. Changes at this stage cost nothing.
  5. Production, 48-hour lead time. Shipping to mainland USA is included in the price.

A manufacturer, not a middleman

People looking for a trade show exhibit company, a custom exhibition stand company or a custom trade show booth designer are usually looking for the same thing: somebody who will configure the stand, print the graphics and publish every measurement before an order is placed. That is what this is.

Who we are

Megaprintery builds SEG exhibition stands to order for exhibitors across the United States. Extruded aluminium frames, typically 32mm tube at 1mm wall, with dye-sublimated flame-retardant fabric graphics. Every measurement is published on the product page before you buy, the price includes shipping to mainland USA, production runs to a 48-hour lead time, and the hardware carries a two-year warranty.

Start with the complete booth kits to see what the system builds, or read the design guide if you are still working out the layout. Call +1 469 619 9453 or email sales@megaprintery.com with your floor plan and we will come back with a configuration and a price.
