Overview
Built for a 10 × 20 ft booth space. Eleven pieces travel in the case: five straight magnetic fabric panels, two L-shaped displays with TV rack, a rectangular fabric header, a square pop-up counter and two LED spotlights. The graphic is flame-retardant 240 g tension fabric on an aluminium frame, printed by dye sublimation.
Product description
SDTSBK20-B12-B1A whole stand, specified as one thing rather than assembled from separate purchases. The wall, the counter and the fittings are drawn to the same set of dimensions, so the floor plan works before anything is shipped. It is one order, one delivery and one set of instructions.
01Why it is built this way
Aluminium was chosen over steel for the frame, and the trade is deliberate: a section that can be carried by one person and will not take a set if it is leant on. A 32 mm profile on a 1 mm wall: the section that holds a span straight once the fabric is tensioned across it. The fabric is dye sublimated, so the colour is in the fibre rather than lying on it. It folds into a case and comes out without a crease line through the artwork. The flat work is fibreboard, which is the material that stays flat. Weight is a side benefit: a counter that is leaned on stays put. The screen mount is rated to 35 kg and takes a 26 to 65 inch panel, which covers every screen a stand of this size would carry.
02On the floor
The tube is numbered and the instructions run in the same order, so the frame goes up without tools and without a drawing to interpret. Two people will have a stand of this size up comfortably inside a morning; nothing in it needs a third pair of hands or a lift. Lighting comes with it rather than being hired on site: 40 W across the graphic, 6000 lumens of cool white.
03Choosing within the range
Order it complete the first time and as the graphic alone thereafter — the frame is already in your store by then. What is usually added to it is priced on the build sheet above — Functional Accessories, Display Counter Kit and Pop Up Tower — so the figure you leave with is the figure you pay.

Production runs 48 hours from the moment you approve your proof — not from the moment you order.
Ground freight across the lower 48 adds two to five business days, so most orders are with you inside a week of approving the proof. Tell us your show date when you order and we plan the whole order backwards from it.
Lighting ships with the plug for your country, and we check the height limit for your hall before production starts.
